Set aside a specific day and time that you an commit to your healing rituals - meditate, journal and your reiki energy healing will meet you where you are! I spend 30 minutes in my Reiki sanctuary in ritual for you - pulling moon cards or my own Journaling cards in meditation to intuitively receive messages and channel universal healing to you.
